zonViewer is a Image Viewer for OS X. It was created because the viewers available on the OS X plataform have something missing.
Coming from the world of windows I was used to work with Irfanview, a complete image viewer and batch processor. But on the OS X world no complete alternative existed. Cocoa viewer was slow and memory hungry and Xee was missing some options (crop and resize...). Irfanview also has the capacity of making image batch converting, resizing and renaming. On the OS X world you have to choose from Graphic Converter batch converter or EasyBatchPhoto, both software alternatives. Graphic converter batch processor hasn't been touch since the OS 9 days and is not very intuitive. On the other hando EasyBatchPhoto is a pay application.
At the moment zonViewer is in beta stage, but its development started at the beginning of september when I moved to OS X, so in a month or so I hope most of my desired options are completed.
