NetFilter SDK is a developer toolkit for transparent filtering the outgoing TCP connections on Windows. “Transparent” means that no changes are needed in settings of the network applications. The toolkit is easy in use and suitable for creating various kinds of applications, which require filtering HTTP, POP3, SMTP and other protocols.
